Bayard Community Center
It is a 6,200 sq ft facility located at 400 Main St. The facility has a smaller meeting room, large banquet hall with a stage area, fully equipped kitchen including commercial refrigerator and two stoves. A sound system, banquet tables and chairs are available for your use.

Shelter House
The newly built 864 sq ft facility is located in the south city park and has inside seating capacity of 40 people. It provides a cold water only kitchen sink with ample counter space and a handicap bathroom. Building is free to use but it is locked, so you will need to reserve and gain access by contacting:
